Community Managers

Community managers are the professional backbone of the communities they serve, providing the skills and expertise that are essential to the successful management of associations. Let CAI help you shape the industry. Annual membership dues are $142.

Management Companies

Expand your client base and access tools, resources, and information. CAI is your source to what is important in the community association field. Membership for managers in your company is not included with a Management Company membership. An individual Manager membership must be purchased. Annual membership dues are $445.

Business Partners

Business Partner members include attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, reserve providers, bankers/lenders, builder/developers, realtors, software providers, landscapers, roofers and many others. Annual membership dues are $605.
