Annual Gala Award Nomination

Nominate someone you feel deserves an award for the 2024 year!

Nominations close Thursday, November 21st by 5:00pm

Homeowner Association of the Year Criteria: Presented to an Association member that, through its Board of directors and members, best exemplifies the community aspects of an association. Nominees will be judged for educating their homeowners, successfully solving problems, or overcoming adversity and participation with the local community. At least one board member MUST BE a member of CAI in good standing.

 

Community Manager of the Year Criteria: Presented to an individual manager that exemplifies the ethics of CAI, supports and fosters the educational and management goals of the associations with which he/she works, provides exceptional employee support standards, and supports and fosters the educational and service goals of CAI. The individual manager MUST BE a member of CAI in good standing.

 

Management Company of the Year Criteria: Presented to a management firm that exemplifies the ethics of CAI, supports and fosters the educational and management goals of the associations with which they work, provides exceptional employee support standards, and supports and fosters the educational and service goals of CAI. The management company MUST BE a member of CAI in good standing.

 

On-Site Manager of the Year Criteria: Presented to an individual manager that exemplifies the ethics of CAI, supports and fosters the educational and management goals of the associations with which he/she works, provides exceptional employee support standards, and supports and fosters the educational and service goals of CAI. The management company MUST BE a member of CAI in good standing.

 

Business Partner of the Year Criteria: Presented to a Business Partner Firm that exemplifies the ethics of CAI, supports and fosters the educational and service goals of CAI. The Business Partner Firm MUST BE a member of CAI in good standing.

 

Chapter Volunteer of the Year Criteria: Presented to member whose contributions to the Chapter this past year have been exemplary! This member Leader MUST BE a member of CAI in good standing.


Rising Star Criteria: Presented to member whose contributions to the Chapter this past year have been exemplary! This member Leader MUST BE a member of CAI in good standing.

 

Community Volunteer Leader of the Year Criteria: Presented to the homeowner board member whose contributions to his or her Community Association most benefits the Association and who promotes a sense of community, harmony and pride. This Volunteer Leader MUST BE a member of CAI in good standing.


Program of the Year Criteria: Presented to the speakers from the highest rated (survey based) program of the year. Surveys are sent out to attendees for each educational program.
